Massage Therapists Wanted at Acqua di Foresta

This spring 2026, Acqua di Foresta, Villa Foresta's new spa on Lidingö, will open its doors – 900 square meters filled with water, sauna, nature, and exclusive spa experiences. We are now looking for Massage Therapists who are passionate about health and wellness and want to be part of creating world-class experiences from the start.

About the Role

As a massage therapist, you are a key person in our spa and relaxation environment. You deliver treatments with technical skill and a warm, personal approach that makes every guest experience unforgettable. The role is varied and may also include work at the reception, product sales, and spa hosting, giving you an understanding of how each part of the spa interacts to create a fantastic guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage and spa treatments according to the spa's standards.
• Provide skin and body treatments, including advice on products and treatments.
• Create safety and provide guests with a personal, memorable experience.
• Support in reception, bookings, and basic product sales.
• Participate in spa hosting – ensuring order, hygiene, and comfort in spa and relaxation areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.

Experience

• You are a certified massage therapist with documented expertise in massage, spa, and body treatments.
• Have experience working in spa, wellness, or massage environments and are accustomed to providing guests with a first-class service experience.
• Can work both independently and closely with the team, have deep product knowledge, and experience in upselling.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable Qualifications

• Aromatherapy, Breathing Coach / breathwork, Relaxation & stress management techniques, Halotherapy, Yoga, Meditation & mindfulness.
• Aromatherapy massage, hot stone, Deep tissue massage.
• Sauna Master / Aufguss training.
• Ritual leader training (scent, music, heat, storytelling).
• Sound therapy (singing bowls, gong, sound healing).

• Responsible, meticulous, and solution-oriented.
• Representational and comfortable in meeting guests.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to create a first-class guest experience.

Working Hours and Employment

We are looking for massage therapists for part-time positions starting from 50% as well as hourly employment. Working hours include days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Start date according to agreement.

In the early 1900s, within the walls of Stockholm's own Grand Hotel, hotel director Wilhelmina Skogh envisioned a lush garden. In 1910, she named her newly built property on Lidingö Villa Foresta, inspired by the forest and the old knight castles along the Rehn River.
